Repair and modernization of equipment.
One of the important activities of our company is the repair and modernization of equipment for metalworking. This is due to the fact that the machine park of our customers often consists of 50-70% of machines produced back in Soviet times. This equipment, despite significant physical and moral deterioration, has great potential for repair and modernization. This is especially true for heavy machines. Over 12 years of work at our machine tool manufacturing facility located in Mozhaisk, Moscow region, about a hundred machines of various types have been repaired. For the most part, these are turning-carousel, horizontal boring and longitudinal milling machines, i.e. exactly the equipment where the economic efficiency from repair and modernization is maximum. This is primarily due to the high price of similar imported equipment.
